Hi Paul! I’m a female and I love your channel and I’m sure I’m not alone. You’re hilarious and talented. Sausage fest.. hahahahaha
Could not find an affiliate link for the outdoor lamp post @ 9:44, or video on your channel. Do you have one or the other, or both? Thanks!
Edit: The lamp post, not the smart bulb.

Great video! Do you have a link for the landscaping lights you showed towards the end of this video?
The hey power strip, can you name the individual sockets?
i personally prefer eufy and phillip hue products but the hey! stuff isn’t bad
Do Tuya make the products, or is each brand made separately and then hooked in to Tuya?
I have a bunch of Tuya products. Power strips, power sockets and lights. In less than a year about 1/3 have died.
Happy Saturday everyone! Hey Smart home stuff is decent quality and cheap as chips. They’re bringing some of the tuya stuff t on the UK market that we just can’t normally get. If you’re interested checkout the below links and make sure you use the discount codes!…

Do these work with the Echo hub or do they need a separate hub?
Just bought them panel lights, can’t believe how good they look in person. My god is the light even and bright, almost doesn’t look real 😂. Thanks for the good find Paul!
Edit : this video does not do the led light panels justice for how bright and saturated the colours are.
Apologies Paul, on the smart extension lead & having 5ghz Wi-Fi on my BT thingy is it a pain to set up as been burnt on one before( not literally) & I don’t have “Home Assistant” .
"Hey audience, here are AWESOME super affordable products. Links in description" — Fill up my cart with LITERALLY $400 of product .. whoops only in the UK. You dumbledore’d me good you did. My soul is broken and I can’t help but to think you did this to me on purpose to keep me subscribed on the shallow hope that there will be a company that will ship to me or maybe one day their product will be available. My youtube account may still be subscribed to you but my heart no longer is.
Do the Hey products work in the US?
Hi Paul, thanks for all of the work you do. With spring arriving, would you be able to explore garden smart products and automation? sprinklers, watering systems, growing aids, lawn mowing, plant monitoring etc, this is not really reviewed or shown by anyone online and would be really appreciated. As always be good to get your take on an otherwise overlooked area of smart products and automation
Your awesome bro. Love the vids
Hi Paul, i have installed alot of shelly’s in my home with alot of lights, google speakers in all the rooms, with door sensors, everything works with my google, bur is there another app to use of must i by something to not use google, any advice?
This company has terrible customer service. They try and ignore you if they don’t have an answer. They don’t list full details/features on their site and they make you pay for return postage despite the fault being on their side.
I will never use Hey! again.
Avoid.
0:08 Wrong. Tuya works horrible with home assistant nowadays. Something changed with the integration, and lights dont report on/off status correctly anymore. Also unable to set colors while using scenes or within node red. Or even the white temperature wont work properly.

Hi Paul please can you do a video on how to get a specific YouTube video as part of an alexa routine I’m using a 4k firestick if that makes any difference tried everything I can think of and nothing works 😢
Also, what do gay horses eat? Haaaaayyyy 😛
Hey Paul, can the floodlights on the camera be independently controlled? Like the Nest Floodlight Camera?
Once again I am teased and then let down by the potential for the ‘Smart’ Power Strips.
Three plugs isn’t enough, imo four is a minimum, and as you say the USBs need to be controllable individually, apart from a scenario where I have all USBs connected for the same general purpose (PC setup maybe) and want to turn off all at once, at night for example, I see this being annoying. If I had things connected to the USBs I don’t think I would ever be able to turn all off, there would always be something I wanted to remain on. Close but not close enough….
Oh Paul, you have cost me a fortune this week between Govee and Hey stuff…it all arrived this morning and I am up to my ears in tech diy. Trying not to have similar problems with the drill like you had when you tried to fit the smart door lock 😄.
Great video! I might finally have to purchase some of these products. And I guess I should do it prior to Amazon jacking up their prime rate soon. Wait, Amazon raising prices? Wait for it…….(inset hibbert amazing hilarity here)
What up!! Great reviews.. What are your thoughts on their GU10’s?? £12.99 not a bad price but do they perform?
So when can I buy a mr socky puppet
It appears some of their cameras are marketed under the brand name Geeni in the US
Hey Paul, nice one, I’m really enjoying your videos!
I love that Hey are trying to make things super simple and great to see a UK business in this field, but isn’t it a bit of dumbledoring to miss out nearly all the technical details (e.g. CRI for LEDs, power output for the USB sockets use & support for offline control – these may seem like the dark arts but they are important to some of us).
By the way have you see *any* power strips that either have individually addressable USB sockets or with power monitoring? If we want to save power, the best way would be to know how much we’re using in each socket (including the USB) and I really don’t want to keep on using those ghastly smart plugs that stick out for miles! Even smart plugs with monitoring seem to be a dying breed.
I’ve been wondering how long it would take to come across a video that tells me to subscribe. So here we are. Lady viewer. Subscribing 😂😂
I’ve actually decided to go with HomeKit but I keep watching even when it’s something I know I can’t get because you’re a funny bugger! Maybe hoobs is in my future. We shall see.
There’s an auto turnoff on my hair – thingy. Just like there’s one when a guy calls himself a power strip.
Morning Paul! This never showed up yesterday 🤔
the wifi cntact sensor is not the cheapest you can find on the market.. I’ve found easily a tuya smart sensor (probably exactly the same) for 8$
My issue with most smart power strips is that they don’t have actual buttons that turn each individual outlet off. That’s why I love the Kasa Smart Power Strip, the HS300. It’s nice to be able to turn on my 3d printer stuff without pulling out my phone but still have to ability to turn it all on or off remotely. Looks like this Tuya power strip lacks those power buttons.
one of your 1.5%
Hey! Have you noticed that companies involved in trademarking the entire English language didn’t start with antidisestablishmentarianist?
Another informative & funny video. Hey! is only available in the UK right now?
I have zero interest in home automation, so why am I glued to these videos? Strange…
Great video as always Paul, might treat myself when I win the lottery. 😊
Once again another great video Paul! Im definitely buying the "Hey! smart power bar".
Would you consider doing a video on how to connect LED strips with Homekit?
Apparently the TERNCY hub can connect all GLEDOPTO Pro series LED controllers to Apple Homekit which would make every "dumb" LED strip smart!
SAVE20 no longer works 😢
Have the bugs with the doorbell been addressed yet?
Thanks for your great work.
6:05 Where can i find that cloud rgb lamp?
5:45 There’s a nice red glow on anything that is tuned on to let you know that it is turned on. 😂
Good joke…oh…that wasn’t an intentional joke.
Anyhoo, some damned good products there Paul.
Thanks for another lot of fun and mirth.
If the Powerstrip had a couple of USB C ports I’d be sold.
Great seeing UK based smart home tech. You tube has recently started recommending you and now I’m subscribed. Great content.
